let's go to karen rogers. good morning. >> yeah, we don't even need snow to cause problems on the roads. we'll get that later. for now the roads are just wet and we can see we're jammed. this is i-95 at allegheny and we can see that southbound traffic headed towards center city jammed at this point from the betsy ross bridge to girard. you're already looking at a 25 minute travel time on i-95 southbound from woodhaven to the vine so the roads here just wet but getting a good soaking in some spots. let's take a look at the big picture. slow speeds on i-95, 17 miles an hour southbound near girard. about 15 on the schuylkill westbound near belmont, about 30 on the schuylkill eastbound near girard so you can see those speeds are knocked down a little bit with these wet roads and everyone taking it easy which is a good idea. two accidents on the pennsylvania turnpike. this one on the turnpike eastbound near fort washington involving two tractor-trailers has cleared. at the worst of times we saw speeds in the single

karen, tomorrow is also cold although the winds ease back a karen, tomorrow is also cold change coming. i'll have details ahead in the seven-day. >> all right, dave let's get the latest on this accident scene. it's gone, all lanes back opened. this is the platt bridge eastbound approaching 26th street as you head towards south philadelphia. looking much better. we have been warning you about the potential for icy conditions. not seeing any widespread problems with this but there is one spot where we have can concerns in collegeville east third avenue at east main. one of the spots police are reporting little slippery in that area. for the post part the winds have dried out the roads but with rapidly drying temperature it's something we're watching closely. as david says anything that looks slick be careful. here in the northeast extension southbound between lansdale and mid county we've got a disabled tractor-trailer and it's leaking fuel so kind of a double problem out here. blocking the right lane. crews are going to need to clean up that fuel spill so that's an issue there as well.

karen rogers is here with more on that. karen. >> that's right, matt, with chopper 6 over the scene right now as we look live at this, you can see that they're still working out there. they've been working through the night cleaning up this mess involving three tractor-trailers on fire. what you're looking at with that blocked traffic right there, that's the outer roadway of the new jersey turnpike northbound but we see the inner roadway is moving. this is where the turnpike splits off and the outer lanes are more for trucks and the inner is more for the cars. chopper if you pan back you can kind of get a look at the number of people out there at this hour and we can see traffic is moving but certainly moving slower than it would be at this hour on the new jersey turnpike northbound. we've got a good 23-mile stretch with lane restrictions on the turnpike. this is northbound between exit six and exit 8a. as we look at this the accident itself happened in middlesex county and most of the closure here is in mercer county, new

let's head over to david to talk about the cold and karen, of course has your traffic. good morning. >> well, the temperatures as expected have definitely slipped this morning. satellite shows a lack of any significant cloud cover so we'll see plenty of sun but like yesterday it's really not going make that much difference. temperatures right now, 23 degrees in philadelphia. that's currently just 3 degrees above the record low for this date. that 18 in allentown pretty far off the record low of 11 but up in the poconos 12 degrees right now and that's only two above the record. some of these other places also pretty close to record lows this morning. and even though there's less wind than yesterday with those colder temperatures we're getting some pretty severe wind chills. it feels like it's 14 degrees in philadelphia as you step outside right now and single digit wind chills in allentown, reading, lancaster and up in the poconos, even down the shore it feels pretty raw. as you're headed out it is going to stay cold. looking at temperatures hovering around 22 degrees be

let's go to david and karen. good morning. >> it does look like it's going to be nice and mild for veterans day. starting out with low lying cloud cover and there's indication of some patchy fog developing beneath those clouds in some cases after that we'll see some sunshine take over. and maybe a few more high clouds coming in later. the only significant fog right now is along the north jersey shore between belmar down to surf city but these are really low visibilities that have developed a little bit more out to the west of baltimore. elsewhere just patchy fog here or there this morning as of right now. 46 degrees in philadelphia currently. so, it's not quite as chilly as it was yesterday morning. even allentown has now jumped above the freezing mark. 42 in trenton, 41 in wilmington, almost 40 in millville and the mid-50's down the shore right now. and as we head out the door early to get that car started or maybe catch the bus between the hours of 6:00 and 8:00 looking at temperatures hovering in the low 40's
