nbc 10's lu ann cahn was there. lu ann, what did officers say? >> police say they are charging a 17-year-old girl who goes to radner high school, she's a senior there, she say they are charging her with making terroristic threats. at 11:30 this morning, school administrators called police, they had discovered extremely disturbing writings in her notebook about killing a specific teacher and students in a certain manner. she wrote about admiring the students responsible for the mass killings at columbine high school 14 years ago. this is police superintendent bill kalarulo. >> if you want to rerference th columbine situation, nobody took the proper action. at least in this one, as soon as it was recognized that these writings were bizarre and dangerous, the appropriate steps were taken and that's what we hope people will do from now on. >> reporter: police believe that this student had a history of mental illness. she cooperated with police. the parents cooperated with police. there were no weapons at the school. there were no weapons at her home.

let's begin with lu ann cahn. >> lu ann, what have you learned? >> it's a piece of video from a grocery store in the northeast. i just finished talking to the captain for northwest detectives. he says, and he has confirmed, that the person of interest you're going to see in that video, they believe is the same person you're seeing in the other surveillance video, including the kidnapping video. take a look. >> reporter: this is the acme on the 8200 block of roosevelt boulevard. this morning, store employees say the fbi came here to confiscate this surveillance video reported sunday afternoon at 1:50, almost eight hours before carlesha freeland-gaither was violently grabbed and forced into a car on coulter street in germantown. it's about a half hour from the grocery store in the northeast. police want you to take a close look at this man's walk. in the grocery store he has a slight limp, his right foot noticeably sticks outward. take another look at the surveillance video from the kidnapping. watch the man as he walks up to carlesha. grocery store

live in parksburg chester county, lu ann cahn, nbc 10 news. >>> this man who is accused of abducting a philadelphia woman in germantown and was the focus of a three-day manhunt by police and fbi agents tonight is on suicide watch. delvin barnes sits in a virginia jail where this evening police are keeping a close eye on a him. >> new details are emerging about his arrest in the last hour. diana durante spoke to a baltimore-based fbi agent who coordinated the arrest. what did the agent have to tell you? >> he says it was less than ten minutes from the time that he got the call from richmond atf ajens that that car had been located by gps to the time barnes had been arrested. the car had been under surveillance by undercover atf agents, this we know. but how they surrounded the car without him knowing, that took delvin barnes by surprise. tim jones says he got the call from atf agents in richmond, virginia looking for barnes on an active warrant there. at first agents saw no sign of barnes or the 22-year-old woman, so they called philly detectives asking if they wanted the car impound.

nbc 10's lu ann cahn went to the scene. >> she's at police special victims unit where police are asking for help identifying the man you saw in that surveillance video. lu ann? >> police are asking for your help. they just recovered this surveillance video of the suspect they're looking for. philadelphia say this man sexually assaulted an 18-year-old at gunpoint. this video is from inside the golden dragon chinese restaurant on the 3300 block of north 2nd street. just after midnight on sunday, november 2nd, detectives believe the suspect followed the teen male out of the takeout restaurant to his home.ç the victim was forced into his home at gunpoint and was sexually assaulted. we were aunable to get any othe information from the restaurant owners. the suspect also took the victim's cell phone, cash and his house keys. police are asking that if you have any information, if you know who this man is, you call right away. we are looking to get more information. we're working on that right now, hoping to talk to the detective on this case. live at special victims unit, lu ann cahn, nbc 10
