i'm matt delucia, nbc 10 news. >> thank you for that segue, matt. there are some road closures that are still in effect. here's the map of it. police are going to be directing you around city hall. intermittent closures are happening on 13th street from arch to chestnut. full closures are already affecting portions of 15th street, both sides of broad street, market and jfk also impacted. we do have this map on our website, nbc10.com. just keep in mind if you are going to be driving through center city, that area right around city hall, that's going to be blocked for the next few hours. >>> new from overnight, two men were killed when their car rammed into a light pole in south philadelphia. nbc 10 was on the scene at columbus boulevard and oregon avenue. both victims died at the scene. police are looking into exactly what caused this accident. >>> also new from overnight, police are investigating a deadly shooting. this happened in north philadelphia. nbc 10 was at west somerset and north 21st street where it occurred just before 2:30 this morning.
