they've now block traffic at the ben franklin parkway. so anyone coming into philadelphia right now, only go as far as the ben franklin parkway. here is a live look at the vine street expressway where all three lanes are jammo. red lights are not for christmas, guys. tempers are hot here in center city. anyone who typically use that is ramp, look at this, all down to one lane, you have the traffic light at the top of the ramp. just a hot mess coming into center city philadelphia. so here's what you want to do. if you are coming into or out of philadelphia right now, avoid that vine street expressway. you can use vine st. local, if you are trying to get down to the airport, or at lows get out of center city, use 95 south. that will will give you access to the walt whitman, will give you access back into south philly, also give you access down to philadelphia international airport. so basically right now from center city there is no ac he is to the schuylkill expressway or 30th street station. you want to stick with 95, that's the way to go
