it's in the shadow of the comcast center. it's the foundation for the new 59 story tower that's going in the ground right now. this will change the city skyline. i want to show you all of these cement trucks as we now see a acce septa bus. traffic isn't being effected too much. but you can see one of the cement trucks here now. they're coming in one after another. we drove in this morning and they're all lined up. once they're called up they come down 19th street here, pour out the cement and move on. it's about 400 truckloads in all. it will take about ten hours to complete. so they started at 1:00. this will be taking us well into late morning. all said and done, it will be a concrete layer, ten feet thick and 16 million pounds. this will also be the new home of nbc10 and telemundo 62 as comcast is the parent company of our station. so still a long way to go. coming up in the next half hour we're going to go on-site to give you a close-up look at what is happening out here this morning. live in center city, i'm matt delucia
