good morning to you, laura. officially the oakland raiders are still trying to get obviously out of o.co and find a new venue to keep them here in the east bay so they don't have to move back down to the southern california area like they did in the early 1980s. if they can't work out a deal with local government in the east bay, which they have been trying to do for years, then they possibly have this option. yesterday the raiders and the san diego chargers announced they would build and share a $1.7 billion stadium to be built in the city of carson. that's about 15 miles south of downtown los angeles. one reason the move is so enticing? the teams wouldn't have to rely on public funding. the city of carson says it would be privately financed through the sale of luxury tax and the income from sale of luxury suites and the income from luxury tax. >> raiders owner mark davis remains committed to staying in oakland long-term, this latest stadium proposal with the san diego chargers is the most serious leverage pull

good morning to you, laura and sam. the pilot david olson considering his plane failed him just after takeoff at the executive airport very lucky man and shortly after takeoff is one of the most critical times of a flight, around 1:00 yesterday afternoon. olson tells us his bulldog airplane, something he bought back in 2000, suddenly last power. he believes it was a ruptured oil line, relying on his 15 years of flying experience he reacted quickly to try to find an emergency landing spot. fortunately the sky west golf course is right next to the airport. olson saw the 10th hole was clear and guided the aircraft there. >> it was coming down fast. i just wanted to make sure i didn't end up over in the houses over here or anywhere near any golfers. i yelled "fore!" plane through, landing through. >> reporter: olson can laugh about it now because he wasn't hurt and able to get out of the aircraft on his own and didn't hit any golfers or homes. his wing did clip a tree before landing on the ground. rob redell, "today in the

i'm laura garcia-cannon. >> and i'm sam brock. happening right now, several law enforcement agencies from here in the bay area joining the search for a baby missing from yolo county. little justice reese is just 27 days old. >> 23-year-old samantha green was hysterical, and disoriented when searchers found her along the sacramento river yesterday. her newborn son was not with her. now investigators are headed to yolo county to help in the search. they were reported missing on monday. when that help arrived, the young mother was hysterical and disoriented. samantha green's condition is unknown this morning. but now bay area agencies are also gearing up to send search crews to help in this morning's ongoing search of that area near a sacramento river levy. >> we're just concentrating our efforts on the yampl that's all the information we have right now. we're adjusting to put our concentrated efforts. >> we'll be watching that for you. we'll have it later on this morning. they did search through the night and they're getting ready t
