>> reporter: rosemary that's right. our assignment desk was able to make contact with an official at lni. they're calling the commissioner to get more information about this accident from the wind that happened early this morning, around 3:15 this morning. we are at the falls villages apartment complexes, right on west schoolhouse lane road and this is the empress apartment complex within the entire complex or empress building inside the entire complex. and you can see that the wind as kind of split this tree and sent a portion of it on to the roof of this building. the owner inside the top unit tells me that the tree actually punched a hole right through the roof and through the ceiling. so, obviously, cold in that room, so they can't stay in that room but they are inside. lni did not have people evacuate. so we have put a call in to find out exactly why and what the extent of the damage is. the winds are still gusting this morning. i've been talking to residents as day get up this morning, headed out to work. the peop

rosemary? >> and let's hope that that is exactly what happens. reporting there live from perth, australia. many thanks to you. >>> and complicating matters, you've got two tropical cyclones bearing down on australia at this hour. >> and of course we have our pedram javaheri who's been keeping an eye on this. where is the position of the cyclones? how dangerous are they? >> one is particularly dangerous. and oddly enough, it's the weaker storm system. just because it's placed in a more populated area. the other is considerably stronger, in an isolated region. we'll show what's happening. at least near rockhampton, the eastern side of australia. there's the storm. tropical cyclone southward near rockhampton. we can expect up to ten inches or 500 millimeters of rainfall. to the north, land in place around the northern territory east of darwin. again, this is stronger but it's in a less populated region. we don't expect much in the way of significant damage across the area. want to take and show you the track of these storm. one comes in a category 2

i'm rosemary connors. it's 10:00 on this sunday. let's get right to that sunday forecast with meteorologist brittney shipp. and brittany there are some changes happening today, because the temperature is going to warm up just a little bit. >> that's right. the temperatures are going to push into the 40s, which will be nice as we head into the afternoon. but it will be short lived. we will drop right back down tonight. tomorrow, we're going to stay in the 20s. same thing on tuesday. but our main concern is take a look at all the snow throughout the city. icy spots, slick spots on the roads. even roads that have been plowed and treated. we're still dealing with conditions on our sidewalks and side streets, which are really icy, slick, and messy. so you want to be careful, whether you're walking or driving throughout the morning, until temperatures, at least, warm above freezing. so we're slowly starting to make some improvement with our temperatures, up to 36 in northeast philly. mid-30s in atlantic city and 36 degrees in millville. l
