angie: thank you for that, david. i do not know how happy things are if you have a delicate stomach. joining us is the investment director at private wealth advisory. your clients have been taking a look at the volatility in china and feeling -- maybe they have lost their appetite a little bit. is it time to get back in? >> our clients are not to overly concerned -- too overly concerned. angie: they are letting you worry about it. norman: we have tried to encourage them to buy more. it depends on whether they have any spare cash at the moment. it is a short window. the market has rebounded already. i am afraid -- angie: $438 billion in its arsenal and getting ready to step in and put a stoppage on the equity selling we are seeing. that is the promise we are hearing from china. we are hearing some more intervention is to take place. is this going to be enough to bolster the equity market and seymour upside? -- and see more upside? norman: sentiment has become -- in the medium-and long-term, they would still be able to

angie: drama indeed. thank you. wall street seems to think the greek crisis can be contained as stocks rallied after initially falling. let's go to new york. oliver: a pretty wild day in the markets here. we had a 39 points swing on the snp which is from bottom to top today. the biggest one since march. it was a roller coaster ride. obviously greece was weighing on the market. he still has some ambiguity there. again where isg is going to go. will it get worse, better? we had a fair amount of pressure .oming from china as well selling of stocks or to bring up issues about growth issues. the same kind of thing markets were concerned about in october . commodities applying pressure to the market as well. you let commodity related stocks moving as well as around the middle of the day, bit of a technical bounce propelled a lot of stocks back in the other direction. trend line that serves as a single for momentum in u.s. stocks. and some of the issues with greece started to moderate a bit. we had talks on ending, a confe

angie: wait in line. greek banks are set to reopen today as the great hints at some sort of debt relief. china's property prices strengthen again driven by rate cuts. the feds optimism about the economy makes investors the least bullish on record. coming to you live from bloomberg division headquarters right here in hong kong. let's s check in on markets in asia. the kiwi dollar is at 65 u.s. cents. we haven't seen that since july of 2009. it is at a six year low. indonesia is marking a drop. it is a public holiday in japan. it's all eyes on greece right now. debt relief could be in the cards but not just yet. the german chancellor held out the prospect of such a thing but only after athens agreed to take action on the bailout terms. what it angela merkel have to say? shery: she said she is prepared to discuss the matter which is a big deal because it ignores that debt relief -- it signals debt relief could be coming. greece has to successfully complete the first round of the new bailout deal. take a list

angie: and her name is janet yellen. she finished her second day of testimony in front of the senate banking committee. she did say something about the goldilocks moment, finding the perfect moment. too fast would be wrong, too late with hurt the u.s. economy. when it's just right? >> exactly. it is going to be measured. i think it starts in september. they need to start to correct the imbalances the zero rate -- zero interest rate has. i think it will be up to 1% by the end of 2016. starting in september. angie: what do you do if that is your back? chris: you can play it to waves. you have to look at financials. sometimes people say as go financials so go the market. financials have had strong quarters. whether it is city or pnc, or non-bank financials likes wall. my view is that that is a cheap way to play it. they're going to be raising their dividends. they are coming up from their cloud. on the growth side if you want to avoid volatility i'd use the etf for the sexy sectors. use hack or cyber, those etf's give you a

angie? as you know, a lot of voters are celebrating their in the streets, but you got to think that that is intertwined with a lot of fear as well. guy: i think there is, to a certain extent, some fear. do you know what? last week, i was quite surprised as to how relaxed the greeks were regarding all this. they were quite stoic. they seem to have taken is relatively calmly so far. stressed that a vote for no was not a vote for you leaving -- for leaving the eurozone. i think that is the result that we are looking at here. really delivered on this referendum from a grand game point of view. he spoke of the referendum and they voted for him. they are nervous, but i don't think they are panicked yet. if the banks don't open tuesday, i think we will start to see that ratchet up a little bit. we are not seeing that right yet. angie? angie: many people already have euros stashed under their mattresses here. at what point does it get to panic level? honestdon't know is the answer to that question.
