we are seeing just about everything in this storm in burlington county. it will make its way into ocean county but until it does, it's not a quick mover so we still have the flood advisory out until 9:00. that is for much of burlington county, including pemberton, country lake estates down to woodland. you could be seeing some localized flooding in those areas. closer to philadelphia, the rain has cleared out into new jersey, cherry hill still seeing the rain all the way to mt. laurel, across 295, evesham township, heavy rain along with lightning. that one will continue to slowly move through new jersey. also, another cluster of storms we're watching right around cumberland county, but now moving across the delaware bay towards cape may county. this is one cluster of some pretty heavy showers with lightning and the potential for small hail. that one's moving towards cape may county. could be near cape may by about 6:27. it will keep moving in the direction of the shore and we are still seeing the heavy rain in parts of delaware. so harrington down to suss

that's going across the river to parts of northern burlington county. the peak rainfall rate is over two inches per hour. if this stayed in one spot for an hour, that's how much rain you would get. fortunately, this line continues to move. you have to keep watching it, though. storms going through middletown, delaware now and salem county, new jersey. that's going into cumberland county. this one of course will be going into kent county. dover, you will be getting some of that pretty soon. you see salem getting fairly heavy rain but not as heavy as just five minutes ago because these things continue to move. it's down in this area, 1 to 1 1/2 inches per hour with the rainfall rate. now it's a fairly solid line now. the heaviest appears to be in eastern maryland. some of that going to dover by 4:48, ship bottom on long beach island close to 6:00 and cape may at 6:38. future cast shows that line of storms down across south jersey but still some lingering showers perhaps back to the west, going to take a little while for them to redevelop and move out of h

a deadly accident in burlington new jersey. it happened on route 130 northbound and we just got this video back from the scene a few minutes ago. it involved a single vehicle which hit a light pole near beverly road and nearly split in half. there was one other passenger in the car and that person was taken to the hospital with multiple injuries. there are still some traffic problems there and matt pelman will get to that in a few moments. >>> happening today, 20 members of the new jersey forest fire service will head to northern california to help fight wildfires. . >> happening today, the burlington county bridge commission will vote tonight on proposed hike for two major bridges that connect pennsylvania and new jersey, the vote affect the talcony palmyra, burlington bristol bridges, let's head out live to fox 29's sabina kuriakose in palmyra with more on tonight's expected vote. hi, sabina. >> 5:00 in the morning, already good amount of traffic here. on the south jersey side headed into the city, now, as the the toll hike passes, price of passes will double for passenger cars over the talcony as well as burlington bristol bridge t would go up from $2 to $4, a dollar less if you have e-zpass. it is more for trucks and buses as well. why the hike? it needs the money for $110 million maintenance project, that includes, new paint jobs, mechanical upgrades, and infrastructure improvement. , bridges are safe as is, but they want to stay ahead of wear and tear. meantime the commission has held two public meetings so far over the proposed hike, see mixed reaction on both sides at those meetings, some folks want the toll hikes to maintain the bridge

"eyewitness news" reporter greg argos tells us when this decision could happen, greg. >> reporter: ukee, commission is planning on casting their final vote tonight, at 6:00 p.m. if passed the tolls that follow accounts will be paying are not justin creasing by a few cents, but rather they could double. take a look, customers using cash pay two bucks to cross either tacony palmyra or burlington bristol bridges. that would increase to $4. if you use e-z pass you will pay an extra dollar from two to three, larger vehicles will pay higher tolls. is first .50 for buses and rv's, to $9 for six axle vehicles. we are talking things like big rigs. so why the the possible bump up in toll? the the commission says this could generate an extra 12 million-dollar a year, in revenue, which is needed to help finance a proposed 110 million-dollar capitol improvement plan. those improvement include redecking the burlington bristol bridge, repaving the steel and replacing the mechanical equipment on both

this one out of burlington county, a child is dead, three other in the hospital right now, after being hit by a car. >> jenny joyce live outside cooper hospital right now with this very sad story. high, jenny. >> reporter: so tough to hear, to talk about, to try to understand a two year old child is dead this morning, turning three in october after being hit by a car and three victims, oldest just 18 years old, were rushed here to cooper where they are being treated, as women. >> this accident happened in southampton burlington county, on the 100 block of buddtown road, just before 8:30 last night. new jersey state police say that five people were walking down the street, four out of the five, were struck by a vehicle, and the victims are between the ages of two and a half and 18 years old. again, the toddler died and the other three were rushed here to cooper for emergency treatment. we do know that the driver who struck the children remained at the scene. he actually had a child in his car, as well. what police are telling us is that this was a dark rural road, no street lights, and
