cbs correspondent craig boswell has the story for us from washington. >> after month of resisting, hillary clinton decided to turn over the personal e-mail is her vest she used during her time as secretary of state to the f.b.i. the move comes after the state department said one of the inspectors general says portions of at least two emails should be upgraded to the top secret level, the state department does say those emails were sent to her from staffers. her campaign released a statement saying: her teen has work with the state department to ensure her emails are stored in a safe and secure manner. the issue of clinton's emails have trickled on to the campaign trail. cbs news poll released last week shows majority of registered voters, 55%, believe clinton is not honest and trustworthy. republicans are on the attack. >> she's lied about her emails. and it is clear she has. >> carly, the only other female candidate for president, was the former head of hewett packard. >> your former tech ceo. can they be secure in someone's home? >> no, not the way it needs to be. not with the secretary
