while the scene just wrapped up here, in the unit block of glenn olden avenue we are right near chester pike and what police are telling us and actually we had da jack whelan of delaware county to come out and tell us it was in that apartment building right there. inside one of the units that none of the people involved is a tenant of, that a number of men met up, skyfox overhead at the noon hour today when these men met up for some kind of transaction. that's all da whelan would call it, and something wept wrong. shooting started arc hammer came out, and two victims crawled outside the building one was shot in the abdomen and in the chest area. he's in critical condition right now. another one was shot in the butt and he was hit in the head with a hammer. and a witness just happened to be coming along at that time and he saw that victim with the hammer hit in his head along the side of the sidewalk and here's what he told us. >> i passed a person who look like he was doing sit ups on the sidewalk which wasn't common, and i saw a wound on the top of his head, and he was trying to get up
