national weather service says the shifting winds from fires in far northern california near the trinity national forest is pushing smoke here. >> the bay area quality district has issued a warning for the triple digit heat tomorrow. mark is here to look at that. >> the air quality is reeling coming down across the bay area. take a look at the numbers. mountain view in the mid-90s. oakland downtown 93. lots of triple digits out toward livermore, antioch. san francisco downtown 86 depositions. santa cruz, 101, sfo 92 degrees. very impressive numbers the big warm-up. you heard about the fires up toward trinity county and they push add big smoke plume into the area yesterday. that coupled with the northerly flow, pushed it into the bay area. this was the scene looking out toward san francisco bay. we have the smoke drifting in from the north. that layer of warm air is basically a trap. it traps the pollutants, haze and the smoke. you see the levels for today, they all come up for tomorrow as we head into the sunday forecast f.you don't have the ozone, we notice the haze and smoke being trap
