good morning, everybody, shutdown on the schuylkill expressway. all because after accident, here is a live look, at the westbound lanes of the schuylkill, you know it is bad when folks are out of their cars and walking around, the tree here, obviously, blogging the actual accident scene. but it is the westbound suing between city avenue and belmont. look at them stacking like pancakes, leaving town, headed west, also a delay on the roosevelt. right now, westbound lanes closed between city avenue and belmont avenue. really no good alternate here. maybe rolling through manayunk, main street, or maybe conshy state road if you are headed out of town. there is also a delay on the eastbound side, that's where your gaper delay. accident in wilmington south on 95 right at exit seven. that's the one just south of route 202, we talked about the bridge fares going up. doesn't happen today. doesn't go into effect until september 15th. and here is the deal. cars will double to four bucks, if you have e-zpass, it will only cost you an extra dollar. e-zpass toll

so far not so good here along the schuylkill expressway its very wet. a lot of ponding, a lot of puddles and that people are hitting those puddles and losing control. this tractor-trailer lost control and jackknifed at about 4 o'clock this morning, about an hour ago in the westbound lanes of 76, the schuylkill expressway. this is the university avenue on-ramp to the westbound lanes right here so this is westbound approaching south street. the river is right over here. heavy duty tow truck is on the scene. we're hoping they can get this truck straightened out shortly but for now, they have all the westbound lanes of 76 shut down at university avenue and grays ferry avenue. they're forcing you off of those westbound lanes. so, instead stick with 95 northbound and the vine westbound. it's going to be very wet but those roads are opened or you can stay on the city streets if you want to travel more locally like northbound south broad street. also still have that broken down suv on the roosevelt boulevard southbound just beyond the fox street on-ramp. watch

>> we're looking at the schuylkill expressway. right around the vine street expressway. that's typically a big area that starts to jam up a little early when we're dealing with rush hour as people from the vine street expressway start to get to the schuylkill. you can see a little bit of traffic throughout the area. either way if you're going eastbound or westbound around that area you're doing okay so far. let's take a look and be sure at the drive times. 95 southbound from woodhaven road up towards the vine street expressway as always now about a 20-minute trip. that's tacking on ten minutes to your commute this morning. the schuylkill expressway we just looked at that on the eastbound side. up and towards the vine street expressway, still a 13-minute trip. no problems on the blue route. headed southbound from the schuylkill to 95. that's about a 14-minute trip. still dealing with the warminster line for septa. 44 minutes late on train 6400 on train 402 that's canceled and 4211 is canceled as well. check before you head out the door this morning. that will cause you so

we had a whole bunch of issues along the schuylkill expressway. only one that's left is a crash in the gore point as you exit for the vine street expressway. at this point all lanes opened on 76 and we're basically just back to normal morning delays. and this is what normal looks like along 95. yeah, plenty crowded southbound approaching cottman, then again from the betsy ross bridge through this point at allegheny into girard, those normal delays now in full effect. wants to warn you about a couple things. along 95 northbound during the midday today, just like a bunch of the days last week, they're going to work at the girard point bridge. so, expect delays then at that point. the platt bridge is probably going to be your better bet. no delays so far this morning along 95 through the ongoing zone by girard avenue but nearby they started tearing up columbus boulevard overnight last night. they're doing some milling and paving work there over the scores of the next month. so, between race and spring garden watch out for a rough ride this morning an
