they have crews from the city of vallejo out here working on it. what they're telling us is that main is shut off, tens of thousands of people here in vallejo have no water. some have no water at all. now the city is saying there was al 20-minute water main break. the break was reported near railroad tracks by broadway and quite a few valves need to be located and turned off. there was a major impact. residents saying they had just a trickle of water in the shower or some said they had nothing at all. the city stresses the water is safele to drink outside the affected area, but drinking water is being distributed at two fire stations for those who want it. with the main off, some residents will notice another change. >> previously we had low water pressure but some water, likely not have any water for a period of time. we're working to isolate the imprint of that and we are currently trying to restore some water to residents that may have been without or had that low water pressure. >> now through all of this, an emergency operation center has been
