vernon odom live at police headquarters today and vernon police want to talk to the victim's brother here. >> reporter: indeed, brian. some 22 hours after that shooting in southwest philadelphia, the 18-year-old brother in question has still not made himself available to police for further questioning. this is corey tunnel a 16-year-old bartram high student who died last night from a bullet wound in the head. tonight police need to question his 18-year-old brother an friend who was at the scene. it happened inside the tunnel's cousin's reedland street row house. the surviving brother his friend and the gun have remained nowhere to be found since the shooting. police want to know if this was the result of teens playing with guns or an intentional killing. >> it could be an accident. it could be an intentional act. we don't know and we won't know until one of those two individuals comes in and talks to us. >> reporter: neighbors along the 6300 block of reedland believe it was an accident. they ran to the house when the shooting occurred. >> he was still alive but when i walked out the
