i want you to see this line of storms into the washington, d.c., area and southwestward. this is tornadic activity. the tornado watch exists in southern new jersey until the 11:00 p.m. hour. look at that line going from williamsport down to about richmond, virginia. we'll see some of these slide towards us tonight, likely to produce heavy rainfall. if you get under one of these thunderstorm cells, the conditions up to 40, 50 miles an hour. there's the tornado watch i pointed out to you. it's basically across central-southern new jersey, southwestern new jersey, goes until 11:00, and now you'll see the wind advisory. that's from connecticut across long island to the city down to the jersey shore. that goes until 4:00 a.m. again, those gusts reach 45 to 50 miles an hour. right now look at the temperatures. back to the middle 50s here in the city. it's 59 at newark. bridgeport has jumped five degrees. they're at 55. look at sussex and poughkeepsie. only 40. that's a 15-degree difference across the area. there's the warm front with the wind out of the south. when the wind is
