we're live outside of the lexington county jail with the investigation. chuck. >> reporter: that is right. forty-nine-year-old gregorio leon is charged with murder after a fatal shooting last night. we were there at riverchase way in the town of lexington shortly after police responded to the shooting around 8:30. one man was dead from multiple gunshot wounds. there was also a female victim that was not injured but involved in this incident. those names have not yet been released. gregorio leon did turn himself in this morning. earlier i spoke to corporal cameron morganton with the town who said the motive is still unclear at this point. and they are helping with the investigation. martin said said gregorio leon will not have a bond hearing today because of the severity of the charges. the judges being murder, attended murder, possession of a firearm. he will go to a circuit court judge. and lorenzen said he was unable to confirm when that might be. but until then, gregorio leon will be right here at the lexington county detention center. reporting live,
