a sixth grader from amelia middle school is in police custody right now... accused of threatening to hurt another student! this was the scene at the school earlier today. it all started last night when a parent posted to facebook, claming that she had heard about the threat from her child who's also a student at amelia. after that, union township police made an arrest around midnight... and said the school was never in danger. no word yet on what charges that student could face. and it's been a little more than a week since the madison school shooting that left 4 students injured. now we could be learning more about the alleged shooter. police have executed a search on the home of 14- year old james austin hancock. investigators seized a b-b gun, smartphone, ipad, macbook, and three pocket knives. authorities have not said what role those items play in the investigation. hancock has denied various charges against him including attempted murder. switching gears now... xavier is on their way to new york east tournament. sports director joe danneman joins us in
