blaine tolison was there a few hours ago when rayshad mincey faced a judge for the shooting death of a 25-year-old man. the judge still denied him bond. >> reporter: according to the report daytona beach police had three witnesses to the shooting. the judge read the same report and found probable cause for first-degree murder. this is not his first time facing a judge. he's been arrested 10 times since 2007. now he is accused of killing a 25-year-old father, drought swinton. mincey denied it and spoke out in court. >> i'm not a murderer. >> reporter: police a mincey gunned down swinson seen in this photo with his two-year- old daughter. a say it started as an argument between mincey and another man and then swinton try to break it up when he got physical. witnesses tell detectives mincey went to get a gun and they say mincey shot swinton in the chest and drove away but later surrendered to police. mincey he received the -- refuse to speak and as for attorney. he later told an investigator i threw my life away. a much different statement than what he denied the murder in court. mincey
