lisa: thank you. students and parents concerned this morning after another school threat is made on social media. mark: but this one was directed toward more than one school. wlwt news 5' s andrew setters is live in clifton with what we' ve learned about the teen suspect. andrew, good morning. andrew: we know that 15-year-old is in custody, knocked what charges he faces but police in district five continue their investigation of the threats were made on online. threats called out specific schools and made sweeping threats of violence, too. police started receiving phone calls about what had been posted online. he mentioned walnut hills and dater, along with other high schools, including mount healthy and colerain. the threat is to blow things up. it' s not clear he had the means s still a crime. as people reacted to the threats there were more posts made , saying, "i guess the police are coming" and they did, took a minute custody. it is not there what charges he is facing, but he is off the streets a

: and i'm lisa bell. person had to hitchhike home to davenport. justin warmoth has more on who was arrested and what know about this 13-year-old student in it polk county. deputies just wrapped up a news conference. what can they tell you? >> reporter: both the boy's parents and the polk county sheriff grady judd are appalled. this could have had a much different ending. the first time happened back on march 2nd. you can see the attendant walking in the aisle there in the bottom left of the screen, apparently not noticing the 13-year-old was sleeping in one of the seats. they both then leave the bus, locking it on their way out. then about 15 minutes later, deputies say the boy wakes up, realizes he's on the bus by himself, opens the emergency window and climbs out. deputies say he then hitchhiked his way back home, 30 miles from however, when he got home to davenport, he didn't tell his parents or anyone what happened. then on tuesday of this week, he was left on the bus again. both the bus attendant and driver did not check the seats. this time,

dan: busy, busy, lisa. last year, the ohio republican party changed how delegates are awarded to a winner takes all process. and that means as republican voters make their choice, they need to focus on the first box for the presidential primary. that' s what some of the confusion has been coming from. no doubt, it is a bit confusing. the republican presidential primary ballot shows two boxes. one for delegates at-large and one for district delegates. so what gives? election officials say they are still required by law to have both contests on the ballot. but the one that matters is the one marked "at-large" or the first one. and if you' re wondering, you can still mark a choice for the "district delegates" box, the second box, but we' re told it won' t have an impact on the results. i asked a few people about the ballots, and they were confused too. paul hillebrand: it' s kind of confusing, but i think if you vote for the same candidate in both sets of delegates then you come out as a winner. megan schaefer

. >> lisa: i'm lisa bell. eric williams appeared in a seminole county courtroom this afternoon. the attorneys say the gun his niece used to shoot herself with is not his. troy campbell is live in the courtroom today. you talked with sanford police. how are they dealing with this? >> reporter: williams was being hold without bond. that changing this afternoon. after he appeared in court, now being held on $20,000 bond. with this little girl's death, we went to the police chief and asked him how does he intend to keep illegal guns out of the hands of convicts. >> i think that would frustrate any citizen who that someone who is a convicted felon and has a firearm. >> reporter: the police chief called the death preventable. >> if the weapon was secured properly, whether in a case or important part, if it was not in the child's reach, this child would have still been with us today. >> reporter: the chief says the law limits their ability to conduct searches based on suspicion, adding the department heavily relies on people turning convicted felons in to police. >> it's tough for us t

. >> lisa: and i'm lisa bell. the bold act happened hours ago outside the grocery plaza. investigators say two women and a child were in an suv when the suspect jumped in and demanded cash. deputies say they put up a fight and eventually when the crook tried to jump in a getaway truck, the women followed in their suv and rammed the side, bringing the suspects to a stop not far from deltona middle school. three suspects are now in custody, but deputies have not released their names yet. our crew is headed to the scene right now. we'll have a live report for you, coming up at 4:30. >> ginger: tonight news 6 investigates a huge twist in a double homicide in winter park. a mystery for weeks until now. the investigation inside this home last month on comstock avenue near fairbanks takes a turn with a juvenile's arrest for first-degree murder. has been talking with police all day. but you also heard from the victim's family. what have they told you? >> reporter: well, we were standing right here on the corner where there's a memorial set up for one of those victims. this is whe

lisa: i' m lisa cooney. randi: the rain was looking impressive in louisville. right now, that system is sprinkling in portions of kentucky. let' s look at the wlwt radar. you can see the little bit of rain is barely visible. two hours ago, as this was rolling through portions of louisville in our direction, a quarter to pinnie-sized hail. it dissipated through our region, now there are just a moving east, a sprinkle in germantown. it could dissipate completely before rolling into portions of northern mason county in kentucky. there is not a lot of rainfall, by 6:00 a.m. it is gone. the wind will stick around. much of the area is not under an advisory. fayette and union county are under an advisory when it will be windy and cooler. temperatures are in the upper 60' s. 60 eight at cvg. closer to 60 in southeastern indiana. our temperatures are falling. 8:00, expect clear in the 50' s. you might want to jacket for the early morning hours. it will be windy, 20-miles-per-hour gusting to 30-miles-per-hour. through the afternoon, we will rebound into the middle 60' s.

lisa: thank you. it was an emotional day for both students and their parents, as many mothers and fathers rushed to the school trying to make sure their kids were ok. >> you just can' t believe it. because you see it on the news. it happens to other people, but it doesn' t happen to us because i just can' t imagine. lisa: two seperate vigils took place in middletown last night with crowds coming out to show support to the madision school district. dozens of people came together outside middletown high school and prayed. they said they had to remain vigilent when danger can reach yoru front door at any moment. mark: countless people and politicians are sending their township, as they cope with this tragedy. ohio governor john kasich was briefed on the attack while at a he offered his support to the families. gov. kasich: obviously it is a tragedy, particularly coming in a school in butler county. we don' t know what' s behind it, yet i am very happy there is not going to be any loss of life. mark: ohio
