so nbc news contacted the police themselves. they are comfortable going with, and we are therefore comfortable going with several dead and wounded in the german shopping mall incident. it is also unclear whether it is a single shooter or multiple shooters. the police do say they do not have anyone apprehended at this point. so the earlier comment to nbc news that the situation is over seems to be erroneous. just moments ago you can see this video. there's a heavy police presence there. the police continue to respond, which would indicate to us that the incident is not over especially if they are still looking for the perpetrator or perpetrators. but we can say that nbc news has been able to confirm several people are dead, several more wounded in the german shopping mall. it is a two-story large shopping mall about 135 stores. it's mixed use. there are reports that the shooting started in a fast food restaurant. we've put calls out to those restaurants. we have not heard back from them. we don't know that's the case, but it is m
