"we don't have any information at this time on the cause of the collision. that will be under investigation." the driver of the cab and two men who work a the shoe shine stand, were badly hurt. they're all in the hospital. two of them are in fair condition, and one is in critical condition. people walking by all seem especially concerned

kron 4's alecia reid is live in san jose tonight, where authorities are asking for the public's help. >> reporter:police have been handing out flyers to people in the area, and following up on this investigation. they're trying to pinpoint where the gunfire is stemming from. whether the shooter is walking, or driving. i'm told detectives are still conducting interviews and going over evidence that they've recovered from these 10 shootings. this all started back in may. there were 4 between may and june. police are now investigating an additional 6 that occurred between july and august. there are a number of similarities in all ten shootings. they all occurred after midnight, and along the blossom hill road corridor, near poughkeepsie, and monterrey roads. it's still unclear if this is the doing of one person, or multiple people. as this investigation continues, people in the area are urged to be aware of their surroundings. sot - standup no one reported any injuries in the last 6 shootings. >> reporter:but i spoke to a woman that says she was injured from one of the shootings in july.
