it happened early this morning on mcclellan street. police have the area taped off while they investigate. we're told the shooting may be related to a fielgtd that was broken up earlier. at least 35 people are displaced after a massive fire breaks out in lawrence. five homes were damaged, two completely destroyed. the fire chief tells us that the call originally came in as an explosion behind a vacant building. two firefighters were treated for minor injuries.
