they stop in the city. you can take the regional rails to use to get between university and olde city instead of the market frankford. patco is running. you can take patco but those normal connections aren't running. you have the lucy loop through the city so that's running but this is a major issue because regional rails are already overcrowded. already seeing problems because of the problems with the silver liners. expect as you get to those stops closer to the city you may have some trains just bypassing stations because of overcrowding. they have, however, added extra service. so they're trying to help with the regional rails with some extra service. any stations though that you can buy the tickets in advance you have to do that. you can't just show up with cash on the train and expect service there. so this is going to be an issue taking regional rails and we'll be following it on air andline throughout the morning. your majors at this point, expect a lot of extra congestion as people try to drive to w
