it's 31 degrees in denver. we have wind chills in the 20s, but we'll be close to 60 degrees right around 2:00. so it's a decent warmup today. it's still above normal. even with a cold front rolling through, we're normal. broomfield, 59. centennial, a high of 60. aurora is going to hit 59 and lakewood, same thing, close to 60 this afternoon. up and down the front range, we have mid to upper 50s. 55 in the springs. 60 in steamboat. and a mild 64 in montrose. looking ahead weekend, we're back in the 60s. mid to upper 60s both saturday we could see more dry cover in the mountains. it's dry. tuesday and wednesday, temperatures are going to get one last little boost before this next storm. so we're talking low 70s and with this next storm approaching, winds will likely pick up, so i wouldn't be shocked if we see red flag warnings popping up. high fire danger on wednesday. then thursday with this storm, temperatures drop 20 degrees and there's a chance foo some rain and snow. we're going to keep a close on this one. j
