jessob has more. russia's defense ministry says syrian troops captured 10 neighborhoods and their latest push into the area of aleppo. this is drone footage of the area-- in a statement the ministry says more than 100 rebels exited the city's eastern suburbs. government forces captured 10 neighborhoods over the past few days. putting nearly 30 percent of the rebel held area, back under government control. the push is the most progress forces have made in the city since 2012. this comes as thousands of east aleppo residents fled the area only in aleppo- but in the iraqi city of mosul as well. as iraq troops continue their push to take back mosul from isis control. angelica joins us from the newsroom with new information. as iraqi special forces continue their advance , medics in the region are struggling to cope with the flow of injured civilians and soldiers. doctors say the influx of the injured people is outweighing their resources. saying they have 100 to 150 new patients daily. and officials expec
