this is a huge cultural shift at volkswagen. has beenast decade, it growing enormously under the previous chief executive. he added numerous factories around the world. they added thousands and thousands of employees. basically, volkswagen has said today that growth is coming to an end. we need to work to improve the profitability of the volkswagen branch. through all of this growth, the brand has not been profitable but they have hidden behind audi . and given the emissions scandal, you see volkswagen saying they cannot do this and they have to think about the future. developing electric cars. a tectonic shift is happening in the automobile industry. this will be very expensive. volkswagen is putting the brakes on the growth and focusing on working to invest in the future. part and have been parcel of this conversation. labor has been a big part of this discussion inside volkswagen. labor is a sense that going to be a willing participant in this process? that labor understands what volkswagen has to go through? >> interestingly
