wind chills will be near 10 by wednesday the wauwatosa police officer who shot and killed a man this summer is now cleared to return to work. the d.a. has decided he will not face charges. and for the first time, video of that shooting has been made public.. because the video is distrubing, we will only show part of it. we do have the full dash camera video online. in june, officer joseph mensah was checking a suspicious vehicle around three a-m in madison park in wauwatosa.. he found anderson sleeping. the car he noticed a gun on the passenger seat. officer mensah says he told anderson to keep his hands up. it's grainy, but you can see anderson's hands raised. mensah says anderson dropped one of his hands towards the gun at least three times. that's when he shoots anderson 5 times. 17:08:10 like all police officers we want them to investigate suspicious activity. he's on patrol, he's doing what he is suppose to do and he comes across a guy with a gun. :17 so he acted the examiner found anderson was legally drunk and had marijuana in his system when he died. the district attorney say
