"nbc 10's" matt delucia continues our team coverage at the frankford transportation center with more of the issues that sparked it all. matt? >> reporter: right. tracy, the trains are running. i heard one go by me at the frankford transportation center. the trains that are running today have been inspected but the issue as jessica mentioned is that we're going to be about 30 to 40 cars short during those peak travel times and that could mean crowded cars. over the weekend they were servicing a market frankford line car when a crack was found in a structural beam. that led to the steps of pulling more of the cars from service and inspecting all of them. septa officials say this problem is different from the cracks that were found this past summer on the silver line regional rail train. let's talk about the impact on travel for a moment. septa says more people take the market frankford line than any other septa service. this does have, of course, a big impact. weekday ridership is more than 187,000. normally during peak times these trains run every four minutes. the cars that were used
