sheriff napier joins me from tucson. thanks for your time this afternoon. let's just start with the conditions along the border there, have problems from undocumented people prosing into arizona gotten worse or better? >> thank you for having me on, craig. i think they stayed constant, doesn't suggest there's not a problem, it's been a pretty consistent problem. we know that there is a significant amount of drug trafficking and human trafficking coming across the southern border into my county from mexico. we have about 15-mile exposure to the international border and we also know there are some potential for transnational threats to come across the border because quite frankly we don't know who is comingborder. each year we recover about 150 bodies in the deserts of western pima county, people tried to cross the border and lost their life because it is rugged terrain and sometimes our environmental conditions in arizona are not favorable to making 60 or 70-mile hike across the desert. >> one of the guidelines i just talked about, this idea that local polic
