nbc 10's drew smith is live in doylestown where that event will begin in about an hour. drew? >> reporter: that's right, denise. this all came together in just the past couple of hours. it's hosted by the group, rise up doylestown, which has held events in the past and decided they needed to do something as an emergency response to what happened down in virginia. now, they are particularly sensitive to those racism incidents here in this community, as we have reported on in the past year. there were a ku klux klan fliers left on doorsteps back here in february. and then in more recent months, the ri they reported the vandalism signs, signs they put out called hate has no home here, those were vandalized. many placed those in yards in response to recent incidents. now to see this violence today, people started immediately reaching out asking what they could do to send a message. >> have to do something, we have to say that doylestown is in solidarity with the community of charlottesville in standing up for love and peace and anti-racism. >> reporter: so they are calling this a

this is in norristown, in lansdale, doylestown, jenkintown. it will be hopping into riverside and trenton in just a little bit. just a couple sprinkles left over. let's take a look outside and see what it looks like right now and, hey, the clouds are trying to break a little. that's a good sign, isn't it? as we look up above the commodore barry bridge. we'll see a good amount of clouds to start us off today and the after will be a bit brighter. it's kind of a day of transition. but mostly dry today. so, the temperature currently is only 69 degrees. it's on the cool side this morning. the dewpoint 65. the winds out of the west-northwest, they're going to help to dry things out for us today. the pressure is holding steady and the ocean temperature is 72. here's satellite and radar. you can see the bulk of the moisture is not in our area, it's down in virginia and down in richmond and that's kind of pushing off the coastline. we just have a few sprinkles that are clipping our coast and a couple of sprinkles are heading through the city right now.
