thank you, karen. >>> let's get to that breaking news. fire at a home in wilmington, delaware, left a man dead while a woman was able to escape the flames and jump to safety. "action news" reporter jeanette reyes is live outside this home on the 100 block of west 37th street. jeanette. >> reporter: well, matt, we talked to the victim's daughter and she tells me her step dad went inside to get her mother, his wife of 30 years to try and save her. he ended up getting trapped inside of that home and as you mentioned, he has died. take a live look here behind me. this is the home they lived in for about 30 years. this fire broke out around 11:30 last night along the 100 block of west 37th here in wilmington. nearly 40 firefighters arrived on scene and were met with intense flames coming from the front door. they were told that one person was trapped inside and after they extinguished much of the fire firefighters did search the home and found that man. paramedics immediately began working on him. he was then transported to christiana hospital

karen. police believe this is a drive by shooting, three victims, one dying, this is the 23rd homicide in chester in 2017. police working to find out who was inside that car. triple shooting happened in the middle of the afternoon yesterday on the 1300 block of west seventh street here in delaware county. witnesses telling police someone driving a silver honda accord with tinted windows shot at teenager and drove off toward ninth street. police arrived to the unresponsive 15 year-old, lying face down in the road. they heard an 18 year-old moaning inside of a home, he had also been shot in the thigh and as officers continued to investigate, they discovered a 16 year-old who was also shot, all three taken to a nearby hospital but the 15 year-old died. now police hoping that the two surviving teens can help them figure out why they were targeted. right now police think they are searching for that honda accord, and supposed to be significant because there were quarter panel green coloring and th

karen it looks like higher humidity is in store over the next several days. we'll have more on that and your weekend call from accuweather. >> all right, dave, we've had tons of crews on the schuylkill expressway working. we're looking live at the schuylkill at 202 where they have been backing up and picking up the cones. traffic is moving a lot better eastbound in king of prussia on the schuylkill past 202 as you head towards gulph mills, not a big deal now. we had another crews westbound near south street, near glad win. they're in the process of picking up and things are looking a lot better right now. we had a disabled vehicle on the schuylkill eastbound at montgomery drive. that's cleared too. we had lots of problems early on but things are clearing. blue route, 95 no big problems. in berks county we've got a vehicle fire. i-78 eastbound blocked right near route 863, exit 45 so watch for the vehicle fire, crews on the scene. stick to 222 to avoid that problem there and an issue with a truck right here. that disabled tractor-trailer blocking a lane in the
