fred? >> thank you so much. we'll check back with you, appreciate it. folks preparing and know exactly what to do as the hour passes. so, mississippi is also opening storm shelters and urging coastal residents there to evacuate. derek van dam joins us now from gulf port, mississippi. derek, what are you seeing there from the beach? >> fredricka, we're actually in biloxi, ten miles east of gulf port, but we are standing along a symbolic highway here, interstate 90. i have the biloxi lighthouse behind me. this area was completely inundated by water in 2005 for hurricane katrina. everybody remembers it. it's the benchmark storm for this area, but almost an eerie calm taking place across the shops and the walmarts and the home depots here. there hasn't been a major rush to the stores to get supplies. we do know that the storm is strengthening very quickly. have a look at the ocean. it's quiet right now, but you heard chad myers just a few minutes ago about how the storm is now 90 miles per hour

let's go to fred pleitgen in tehran. you've been monitoring reaction to the speech in tehran, president trump's speech. what are you finding? >> that's exactly what the iranians are saying, cyril. they say that there won't be any unannounced visits by iaea if the deal fully falls apart there are other very senior politicians saying look, if there are additional sanctions imposed on iran, for instance, by the united states, that would mean the end of the nuclear agreement that would also mean that the iranians could very quickly ramp up their nuclear program once again. the iranians have always maintain they'd were never after a nuclear weapon. but they do feel they have the right to a nuclear program. and they certainly say if a deal falls apart, that nuclear program would go back into force without any sorts of restrictions there are of course certain things, certain facilities that they have destroyed there is elements that they have sent abroad. but they say they could ramp things up again very, very quickly there is
