(vicki) for a second time this week, a student in the east bay brought a loaded gun to campus. the latest one happening in san ramon. that's where police say an eight-year-old brought a loaded gun to school. police say last night a twin creeks elementary school student told his parents that he saw áanotherá third grade student in possession of a gun. investigators then contacted the boy's parents at home. then they found the gun in the student's backpack. it was loaded with a magazine of nine millimeter bullets. police say at this time there are no reports of the student threatening anyone. the student has been suspended. (vicki) and in pleasanton, a student was arrested after police found a loaded gun on him... the arrest happened at village high school monday morning. the student was taken to juvenile hall. investigators are not saying why the student had the gun ... or what they planned to do with it. (robin video box ) we have a follow up this morning on sunday's potentially dangerous incident involving air canada airlines at s-f-o. a communications failure resulted in a landing which the control tower tried to prevent from even happening. kron4's dan kerman digs deeper into what happened. sunday evening when air canada flight 781 was 6 miles out from sfo, it was given clearance to land sfo's flight tracker shows it coming behind a southwest airlines jet and a hawaiian air jet but as they approach the runway the tower isn't sure one of the jets ahead has cleared the runway.--nats-so the tower tells the air canada jet to go around not just once, but 6 times natsbut the air canada jet does not confirm the go around and keeps coming sfo's tower then flashes a red light gun to alert the crew to go around and nothing. at 9:26pm air canada lands safety on runway 28r the runway was in fact clear and that's when the air canada crew indicates they are having problems with their radio.--nat

( terisa ) prototypes for a border wall between the u-s and mexico are almost finished. the eight walls are located in a border patrol enforcement zone near san diego. most of them are around 30 feet tall. they are mostly made of concrete and steel. congress still needs to approve a one- point-eight billion dollar budget to officially begin construction. the prototypes are expected to be tested for security at the end of next month.
