outside the target store in emeryville ... right near interstate 580.it happened at a time when the store was packed with holiday shoppers. police say several shots were fired at two cars. three guns were recovered. police arrested a man found about one block away. description of the three people involved is not available at this time.one of the victims walked off and was found in the home depot parking lot. while the investigation continues ... police say there is no threat to public safety at the shooting last night is just the latest and most violent incident there so far. a few weeks ago the target parking lot was host to an illegal side show and a few months ago target employees were held up at gun point. a big story we are following. in just a few hours from now ...thousands of city workers will go strike in oakland.. shutting down a number of city services indefinitely. union employees are fighting for wage increases and a number of other protections. here are some of the services affected... senior centers ... public l
