. >>> let's switch live to katherine scott live agreen lane in manayunk, it's quite a hill to climb in these conditions. >> reporter: yeah, the hills are a challenge in snowy conditions. we're on green lane looking better than it was earlier. we are starting -- we have been seeing light snow this morning, nothing major. the main accumulation happened last night, but you can see right now as you take a look downhill on green lane that the roadway is wet, a little slushy in spots. you'll see more issues on the side streets. if you move over to flemming you can take a look at the sidewalk there, there's a little bit more coverage, fledge not as traveled as green and not as clear, let's go to video from overnight. in that video you're looking at green lane and dexter. overnight people were slipping and sliding along this hill. as it got later there were fewer problems, but drivers were having a hard time navigating this stretch and other areas around the city. we've seen crews out and about making the rounds and salting. some areas are slippery and snow covered, especially the side streets
