statistic about the poverty rate, the unemployment rate rather, specifically in our region, philadelphia-camden-wilmington. are you surprised by these numbers, especially the disparity with white people who are unemployed? allison: i'm not surprised by the numbers. while we talked earlier about progress, we definitely said that there's more progress to be had. i think that some of the-- some other progress, especially for african-american women, if you think about during the time of dr. king's speech, over 50, almost 60% of females employed were in the domestic service space. now, 64% of females employed are in white collar roles. so, that's progress. so, while there is a gap between, within our race we do see lots of change.
