looking there. >> jim and rahel, things are starting to deteriorate on the roads. those conditions are. further are north and west we will get, from philadelphia so when we were on 76 westbound heading outside, out of town we started to see that rain change over, to the snow but road for the most part at that point were still just wet more than anything else. we got further out toward king of prussia area we got out closer to 202 we started to see a small, small amount of this snow, accumulate on the side of the road and as we take a look at the dash cam here in the mobile weather watcher as we head even further north away from the city on 422 west we are start to go see snow accumulate really on the shoulders of the road and even in some of the lanesheoad, as well, so even though these road probably were treated at some point through the overnight hours and here in the early morning as well, we are getting accumulations very minimal accumulations on the road north and west of the city so that is leading to the potential for slick spots out there from time to time.

. >>> good afternoon, joe and rahel. a portion of route 29 here already shut down. this is the off-ramp coming to the government complex. now multiple officials are on scene from multiple agencies. ice jams on the delaware river historically have been problem for his area. is flood warning is now in effect. the big concern is reaching a flood stage of 20 feet. that just happened as of 11:15 this morning. meteorologist matt peterson says flood waters just surpassed that and we now entered minor flooding. so this is how this happen. recent warm temperatures and rain led to ice breaking up and flowing down the river. well that caused ice literal toll jam up on the delaware river. water levels quickly rose just after midnight. now water is expected to recede but that will happen much slower. minor flood cog continue until 10:00 a.m. until noon tomorrow. emergency management reps want pedestrians to stay away from the river embankment because it could be very slippery. now as far as drivers, if you encounter these types of waters, you're encouraged to just back away and

"eyewitness news" reporter trang do is live with an update. >> reporter: good morning, jim and rahel, yes, this is still ongoing situation. we remain a half mile away from the main scene here at timber creek high school. take a look at the staging area still pretty quiet. many officers here and on the scene and we are told quiet at the scene as well. a neighbor who cannot get to his home said it has been quiet since about midnight which is last time his girlfriend heard gunshots. police chief in the ready to reveal person's gender and whethe inside that home but just after 8:00 p.m. police responded to a report of the shots fire at york shire and hampshire road in the bring any wood development in sicklerville. it turned into a barricade situation and swat teams were called to the scene. police chief larry earl says person inside the home fired shots at officer and armored vehicle. the chief stresses at no point did police return fire, fortunately so far no reports of any civilian or officer injuries. >> this is an ongoing fluid situation our most important message to the community as

>> good morning, rahel, jim. i can tell you guys it is an absolute mess here outside of the marriott. i want to take you to it because it is quite visual. see a stream of water just coming from the building. it is actually kind of soothing, sounds like one of those water fountains that you hear, you know, and you have inside of your home. but basically we're told from the fire department that there is some kind of external pipe outside of the building that started to leak. and as you can see, it is just gushing water just out of the building, flooding the basement as well as the lobby where work remembers really trying to contain that and clean up that. we are told though fortunately , this is not affecting any of the guest rooms. so just the lobby, as well as the basement, it did have the opportunity to speak to some guests, walking in and out. they say that they were actually told to stay in their rooms, as the hotel tries to deal with this mess. so considerably ongoing here, but in addition, people who are dri
