temperatures are setting the table. 15 degrees in trenton. 16 in allentown. 17 in reading, 16 in wilmington, 19 in philadelphia and millville, 23 in cape may. a little bit of a breeze out there, too, once again the windchills are making it feel like the single digits across the region. not a steady consistent wind, but when it blows you'll feel it. when the presimm -- precipitation comes in it will be cold enough on roads and sidewalks to ice up a little bit. the winds running 8 to 16. that will keep the windchills in the low 20s even at the best of times. icy dicey stuff coming in for the evening commute. much milder stuffer in the seven day. >> reporter: be careful in the evening, this morning we have no weather-related issues dry on i-95, secondary roads are ice, you could slip or slide, be careful. we have a water main break another new one, west 54th at arch street in west philadelphia. in west philadelphia we have fire crews on the scene with the terrible fire holly street at brown. they shut down the street with a lot of the emergency workers on the scene. stick to 42nd street as the
