this is on i-80 near the carquinez bridge. those good samaritans saw the crash, quickly pulled over and managed to get the 62-year-old driver out of that car. that driver was rushed to a hospital with a broken hip. >>> lyft will hand over mounds of information about its routes and drivers to san francisco, that is if the city agrees to protect its trade secrets. the deal after months of back and forth between the two parties. the san francisco city attorney issued a subpoena for information last june. he wants to investigate whether the roughly 45,000 drivers in the city are creating a public nuisance by clogging the streets, disobeying law and possibly discriminating against some passengers. >> they can decline rides based on where somebody lives. that could be discrimination. not overt, intentional racial discrimination, but fear of going into certain neighborhoods. you know, when you start getting into that, you, though, could have populations within the city that are underserved. >> uber has yet to comply and is still figh

carquinez bridge to the macarthur maze, 35-minute drive, which is about typical. you know, sometimes when there are accidents we have an hour drive between these two spots. today is a little better. when you get to the bay bridge, you will wait another 20 to 25 minutes getting on to the actual span. we have been looking at san francisco here. it doesn't look bad. northbound 101 approaching the 80 split. it is about normal. southbound 101 in case you want to get down to the airport, it looks good. westbound 92, this commute has been good. dumbarton bridge better than yesterday after all of the slow trafficment i'm looking at 680 getting off of the benecia bridge according concord. nothing is unusual. what is unusual is northbound 101 today. we had an earlier accident right about here. and that accident is gone. but traffic is slow. and it has affected 280 and 85 as well getting into that west silicon valley. 7:33. let's go back to the -- actually a new study reports that san francisco has some of the worst traffic, you're telling me, not just in the u.s. but in the
