mark tamayo would putting is in there for rain. i don't think so. there's nothing until presidents weekend. that's all we can do. if your heading to minneapolis, is it sunny and warm? no. it's cold. they're in a dome. but the high will be 9 degrees. yesterday it was 25 below. a few high clouds and nothing going on. and in the east bay hills, a northerly breeze and 61 above the oakland zoo. and 63 at berkeley lab. that's very warm air aloft. fairfield at 42. but if you get a breeze it holds the temp up into the 50s. a wide variety of temps. 531 observation. los altos, 45. 52 union city. pacifica, 59 warm degrees. that easterly breeze helps the coast. that's for sure. and everyone else will follow suit. everything is locked in. it's called a blocking pattern. it lasts 2 1/2 to three weeks. and there's a couple hints or something. but nothing where they are all in sync. 70s on the temps. these are well above average. and i just went warm because that's what it is. there's no other way around it. so enjoy. it will change but for now it is what it is. >>
