san jose yesterday tied every day this month. san jose has either set or tied a record high. gilroy, 79 yesterday. the old mark was 76. mountain view was also a record yesterday. it looks like things are changing. the average high for san jose is 61. 77 on tuesday. 76 yesterday. the forecast today is 74. but the record is 78. and i think the reason being because a little fog has come back to parts of the coast. not a lot. very shallow. the mere fact into we're talking coastal fog in february is amazing. came into monterey bay and pulled out. now it is dancing around. if you are heading down to the monterey peninsula, there is patchy fog out there. made it into santa cruz. drifted back out. you see the off shore and the on shore breeze fighting each other here. some has moved up the san mateo coast. the breeze out to the delta is a far cry than the last couple of days. fairfield has dropped to 39 cold degrees. 50s for some. but we are running a little cooler. the big difference though is over at montero and moss beach. down 10 to 15 degrees compared to 24 hours ago. high press
