and what an evolution it has been in center city. at 9:00 a.m. when we first arrived there was rain and heavy wet snow falling for hours. about an hour ago at 4:00. everything shut off. and they are starting to clean up now. everything looks great. they left this beautiful winter wonderland in the storm. and this was the place to be today just about everyone we talked to at rittenhouse square are enjoying the when ter weather. >> and we are out and about going to the restaurants downtown and everything is happy. >> this is what center city is all about? >> great. feels like christmas. >> even as the cleanup begins inside is of the park people and pooches love the winter wonderland. >> we are always prepared. it's nice when you live in the city and walk around and enjoy it. >> just enjoying the nice weather. >> that was allen brewer there using the snow as an opportunity to pursue his passion. i love that. it's a great day on rittenhouse square and everything is shut off now and the cleanup has started. channel 6 "action news." >>> all right, nydi

about 3-inch center city what we're seeing. you can see how this snow sticks to everything. all of the tree branches, power lines when peoplesgo outside it's going to look like a winter wonderland because it is sticking to everything. i know we just had the storm on friday. a lot of tree limbs came down because they were getting heavy stuck with this kind of snow and so hopefully that doesn't happen during this storm but we're just getting started and you can see at this point already so early in the morning everything's coated here. i'm going to get down here and just show you how easily some of this snow can pack right here. one handed perfect snowball, guys, so really thick heavy snow. it's going to be on your cars, all over your property, things like that. i'm going to sound repetitive here but it's going to be heavy to remove so make sure you have the proper form and conditioning. make sure you're keeping track of yourself when you're out there working on removing this stuff but out here in havertown pretty steady t roads getting slippery, getting slushy at this point.
