we begin tonight with kathy orr who will time this out for us. kathy. >> iain we're talking about a one-two punch with this storm. this is going to develop into a major winter storm. this one is a nor'easter unlike the other storm last week but nevertheless another powerful storm. now, this is the beginning the genesis of the storm. the primary low right now over the northern plains with blizzard conditions and winter storm warnings for those folks. we'll watch this area of low pressure redevelop off the coast of the mid atlantic and then sip up the eastern seaboard. because it's going to be a little bit farther to the south than the last storm it will have longer to travel and that means more moisture to gather. as it continues to pull down the cold air, it will be changing that rain over to snow during the day on wednesday. wednesday is the day to change any type of travel plans a great day to stay inside. so let's go hour by hour with this fox future cast. we'll take from it the current time through tuesday night. when the clouds will move in
