thank you, kimberly. kimberly: thanks a lot. well, you know, part of what's underlying this case and what will probably make a big difference is how closely the court is going to look at what california has done here and how much it's going to demand what california wants to do really matches up what it does do. brianne, you say the court shouldn't look this regulation as closely they might look at regulation of other speech. for example, as we saw yesterday, children going out and speaking out what they see as congressional inaction with gun violence. what makes professional speech different from that kind of speech that the court shouldn't look as closely or shouldn't demand that california really match up what it wants to do with what it is doing as closely as we might expect it in other more private speech? brianne: states have long regulated professionals, licensed practitioners, the sliss tore general in his brief in this case acknowledged that. states have been doing this from time in memorial. the reason is quite simple.
