the first one is our on call legal with nossaman and wendel, rosen, black & dean. in the past two years we've incurred for two projects. i'd like to exercise the second and final option and increase the contract by 700,000 to a total not to exceed 1.7 million. the next on call contract is for on call planning services. this is a contract with iteris, and in the past two years, we've spent the majority of these funds on the tima project and create an implementation strategy for the tima travel demand management affordablity program. in addition, geary has incurred additional costs as well for the final jies jieeis. i'd like to exercise the first option for this contract, increase that amount by 1.8 million to a total not to exceed of 3.8 million. if approved, we would adjust the budget in the next month's budget amendment. both these contracts are funded by federal, state and funds from other local agencies, in addition to prop k, and finally, this item also went before the cac with a unanimous motion of support. i am more happy to answer any questions you may have.
