as matt and tam mentioned we see it's rain south and east of the city. go in a little closer with storm tracker and show you some of the areas of lavender showing that it's coming down pretty good right now near berlin, near malaga on route 55. you're kind of in and out of some snowfall in the city itself and it's a little heavy north of the city as you travel along i-95. so, be careful as you're headed out right now. let's go outside and show you what it looks like. the snow is sure coming down. it looks kind of pretty as long as you can stay inside as sky6 looks live at city hall. we know this is a tough time for a lot of people who just got power restored and you're seeing this and you're thinking not looking so pretty to me. satellite and radar showing the beginning of the storm system t it's just really beginning. this is the original low that's transferring its energy to this coastal low that's riding right up the coastline and producing this nor'easter for us. and future tracker kind of times it out for us to show you what it's going to look like.

good morning, jeanette. >> reporter: good morning, to you, tam. you got to wonder if this driver did in fact not hear or not know that this was going on. that means he didn't hear the initial impact as his roof was being peeled off and he didn't hear the debris dragging behind him. it's about 50 feet of that debris, you can see it starts about right here goes all the way up of course to the truck and the actual door, the back door is hanging offer as well;, off as well. this as the driver went across intersections through narrow roads, witnesses watching in shock and confusion. this is incredible video shot by an "action news" viewer at 21st and christian showing this truck as the driver traveled more than 3 miles with the entire roof dragging behind it. the loud sound of the metal scraping the asphalt waking up dozens of people in the process. the second viewer video is actually a person running alongside the truck as he's recording all of this. police say this all started at around 10:00 last night at 12th and callowhill streets when the driver
