as i understand, that is not legal in trinidad. it certainly wouldn't be legal here. the thing i would say is that aggregate iq, in part because it was set up and worked within the offices of cambridge analytica, inherited a lot of this company culture and they -- totaled his regard for the law. i would look at this question of where did they get the data. when i met with john cumming in november, it was clear that they did not have any data. that was in november of 2015. don cummings said he went to meet with me because he was interested in cambridge analytica. he also said he wanted to create a powerful politics. it became apparent that if you don't even have the electoral register, let alone a social database, you cannot really do this, or you cannot do this legally. very shortly after that meeting, they then engaged aiq -- i think in part because they could not -- it would look odd if both were working with cambridge analytica. but you could get a company that can do virtually everything that ca can do, but with a different billing name for your invoices. my quest
