that's where we find kron 4's michelle kingston. michelle. we are still seeing that wet weather all across the bay area.i've been on the road since 4am and saw some real heavy rain in the east bay ... it was fairly steady in san francisco, but once i got on the 101 to head north to where we thought we'd see a lot of the rain -- it was nearly dry! votake a look at some of this video shot in the north bay yesterday ...you can see cars having some trouble in flooded areas.we know there were some power outages, a tree that fell on a home and some flooding throughout the bay area, but here in santa rosa -- things were relatively calm. i actually just got off the phone with the fire marshal here in santa rosa who tells me it was a really quiet night and not at all like what they were anticipating.they thought they'd see a lot more heavy rain ... slicker roads ... but most of that was to the south. he says they really didn't related calls throughout the night.there were a lot of puddles the 101 today for us. just because it isn't raining as hard any
