this is what bart riders encounter every day. now, if they see some of the waste left behind, like needles and human waste, they can report that to bart through a new app that is launching today. this comes after pictures and videos have been surfacing online . there being shared online capturing the growing problem. as civic center part -- part, riders are sharing videos. a vote was -- video was snapped. a new team called the rapid response team will address the problem. any riders want to see bart and the city do more. we were asked about it. they're putting the blame of the city for the growing homelessness and drug use at the stations. >> you tell me that you don't have resources to dedicate some shelter beds. we have usitis aunacceptable si san francisco. i think that bart has step up and is doing the san francisco mayor has committed about $29 million more to fight homelessness. meanwhile, bart has an app out. you can go to bart.gov . you can report the biohazard. the link will then take you to a site where you can put the
